Fired Hammer is a specialized brand in Camping, Hiking, and Electric Bikes (E-Bikes).
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.

 Customer Responsibility

All purchases are made at the customer’s personal responsibility.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds if the product is delivered as described but the customer changes their mind or decides the product is not suitable.

  • Requests based on personal preference are not eligible for refunds or returns.

 Eligible Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described

 Return Request Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

  • You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) showing the damage or incorrect item.

 Replacement Policy

  • If the return request is approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product.

 Non-Returnable Items

Due to size, weight, and international shipping limitations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)

Once shipped, E-Bikes cannot be returned.

 International Shipping

  • We ship internationally worldwide.

  • Return approvals may vary depending on destination country, customs regulations, and shipping constraints.

 Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
